If you have activated any package on your jazz sim and you want to check its validity or whether it is expired or still activated, all you have to do is send a Blank SMS to “3838”. You will receive all your required information about the package by the company in the reply.
Method 2: Trough Call
If you have activated any package on your jazz sim and you want to check its validity or whether it is expired or still activated, all you have to do is call on Jazz Helpline number that is “111” after doing this press “0” as per instructions and then directly talk to a customer representative. He will guide you in a better way and you can easily get all details about your current packages.
There is another way that you can get a list of all jazz packages activated on your jazz sim. You just have to type “List” and send it to “661”. In the reply to this message a few moments later, you will receive a list of all jazz packages activated on your sim, and then you can further activate or deactivate them as per your choice.
