How to refund a ticket with PIA (Pakistan International Airline) company?

• Go to the PIA official website.
• Click on the My Booking at the top right corner.

• After this, you have to enter your name (Passenger Name Record) and your Surname in the available respective fields.

• After clicking on the My Booking, you will see different options and in that view, you will see the cancel booking option.
• Click on Cancel Booking
• After clicking on cancellation you will see refund reservation details.

• Write your cancellation reason in the cancellation reason box and after that click on the complete refund to complete this process.

• To refund the ticket, the passenger must provide the CNIC to Air Blue physically or via email.
