✅ Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA)
The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) has launched an online system to check and verify the property. Those who have property in Punjab can check their records from the online Land Records Management Information System (LRMIS). PLRA manages all the property that is based in Punjab.
✅ Method to check Property Ownership Online
You can check all your records of property by visiting the PLRA official page.
You can visit there official page by clicking on this link https://www.punjab-zameen.gov.pk.
Following are the steps to check records and property ownership.
👉 First of all, you need to visit (PLRA) Punjab Land Record Authority by clicking on this link https://www.punjab-zameen.gov.pk.
👉 When you open their website, on their Homepage you can find the option of Ownership details.
👉 Now, from dropdown menu select your district where the property is located.
👉 After that, there will be an option of selecting Tehsil. Just select your Tehsil.
👉 After selecting Tehsil, now you have to select Area where Property is located from menu of drop-down.
👉 After completing all the previous process, now, they will give you three options to find your property as CNIC, by Name or Khewat number (Property number).
👉 After entering any of the information there, you can find your property. But we suggest you to search from CNIC as it is the exact and fast process to find property. Just enter you 13 digits CNIC numbers there.
👉 After providing them all the information, just Press Enter.
✅ Check your Land Details With Punjab Land Records Authority App
PLRA also launched its app to make it easier for people. Now, this app is only available for Android Mobiles This app was built on the order of the Prime Minister (vision of Digitalizing Pakistan).
The process of installation of this app is as follows
👉 Open the play store on an Android Smartphone.
👉 Type and search for PLRA.
👉 Now, tap on the install option after finding the Digital-PLRA app.
The process of finding a property is the same as a Web portal.
✅ Checking property Ownership in Sindh
The Sindh Board of Revenue also launched a system of online property records. Those who live in Sindh province and have their property in Sindh then they can find their properties by visiting their official Web portal by clicking on this link https://sindhzameen.gos.pk/PropertyRegister.aspx.
The process of finding property records is as follows:
👉 First of all, click on the link to open their official Web portal https://sindhzameen.gos.pk/PropertyRegister.aspx.
👉 After opening their website, you will find the options as
District
Taluka/Town
Ward/Quarter
Survey no
👉 Firstly, click on the District option and find your district there.
👉 After selecting your district, click on the Town option and enter your town.
👉 Then enter your Quarter detail by clicking Ward/Quarter option.
👉 After that enter Survey no. by clicking on the Survey option.
👉 After giving providing all the information, then click on the review option.
In, this way you can find your property that is based in Sindh province.
