It is normal for all of us to sleep with our cell phones next to us. The reason for keeping a cell phone next to us might be different but mostly, people use to keep their cell phone with them because it is easy to access on mobile when it rings.
But many of us don’t know that keeping mobile ourselves (when sleeping) can be effective negative on our health as smartphones have dangerous radiation. These radiations may cause of self –regulating processes like a biological clock and cardiac rhythm.
When you are having cell phone next to you then it will cause nightmares, restlessness, and difficulty in sleeping and it can cause of damaging your brain.
This act is also very harmful to your body and it may also lead to many hormone side effects.
