It is normal for all of us to sleep with our cell phone next to us. Reason of keeping cell phone next to us might be different but mostly, people use to keep their cell phone with their self because it is easy to access on mobile when it rings.
But many of us don’t know that keeping mobile with our self (when sleeping) can effective negative on our health as smartphones dangerous radiations. These radiations may cause of self –regulating processes like biological clock and cardiac rhythm.
When you are having cell phone next to you then it will cause of nightmares, restlessness, difficulty in sleeping and it can cause of damaging your brain.
This act is also very harmful for your body and it may also lead many hormones side effects.
- It could set your pillow on fire
Most of the people put their mobile under their pillow when they sleep. According to survey, majority of people use to keep their phone under their pillow while sleeping. In 2004, a teen from Taxes use to keep mobile under his pillow and one day he woke up with burning smell. His sheet and mattress have been burnt by Samsung Galaxy S4.
We recommend you to turn off your mobile phone or turn in on AirPlane Mode before sleeping. But it is better to turn it off because it pump up electromagnetic radiation when mobile is on.
- It puts our health at risk due to emitted radiation
Mobile phones emit radiations due to signals of transmission that is about 900MHZ. Due to these radiations, keeping Mobile phone next to us while sleeping can cause Headache, Muscles pain and many other health issues.
- It could prevent you from sleeping
LED screens including smartphones, tablets, TVs and many others LED gadgets emit blue lights. According to research, these blue lights will disturb sleep melatonin (sleep inducing hormones) and it will also disturb our circadian rhythms.
It is still unknown that why this happens, it might be because wavelength of Blue light and these wavelength is similar to Day-light which cause to thing anytime that it is day time.
