The Chinese owned app TikTok banned in Pakistan because of “immoral and indecent” content on the app. Day by day there are millions of users were increasing on this app it was quite easy for everyone to access this app and enjoy its features. But in Pakistan, bad content on this app was increasing every day and it was in notice of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). This app in positive manners was good but people getting wrong use of this app and it was totally unbearable for specially Pakistan Islamic country.
Finally PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) decided to take a good step to stop immorality and vulgarity in Pakistan. On the day of 9th October 2020 PTA has banned TikTok in Pakistan.
In the month of July 2020, it was warned by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to remove the unlawful online contents from the Tik-Tok app but they were entirely failed to do so.
PTA took this decision after receiving a number of complaints from the different segments of society against bad content on the TikTok app.

The Pakistan PM (Prime Minister) Imran khan has also noticed the content of the TikTok app and asked the PTA to ban this app. The Information Minister Shibli Faraz said that “Prime Minister Imran Khan is extremely concerned about the growing obscenity ang vulgarity in society and has directed all relevant sections to check the trend before it destroys the socio-religious values of Pakistan society.”
Tik-Tok was good platform for entertaining but the mis-use of this app have lost his worth. The neighbour country India has also banned Tik-Tok app. In Pakistan this app were disrespecting the Islamic country like girls make their videos in the mosques sauch as Badshahi Masjid and many more bad contents wrere on this app. People do diiferent challenges to become famous and by doing this lots of have lost their lives like three youngster drown while making the videos in Karachi. Many of the death cases are rejisterd in Pakistan just because of shooting Tik-Tok videos.
Whether the decision is right or wrong ,we can’t say anything about that because everyone has different perceptions but the Final decision has been announced for officially banned Tik-Tok in Pkistan on day of Friday October 9, 2020.
