So, to solve this issue Punjab Safe Cities Authorities (PSCA) has introduced the E-Challan system in Lahore in September 2018.
This E-challan system is currently launched in Lahore and it will be launched in other cities as well including Islamabad (Capital).

The ANPR cameras installed all over the city to observe and find traffic violations. Whenever they find a person who is violating the rules of Traffic then they first identify the person and then dispatched the E-Challan to the home address of that person who was violating.
